Set-Up:

Exhibitors may begin set-up on Sunday, March 3 any time from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm.  All materials must be removed by Tuesday, March 4 at 1:00 pm.

The hotel and conference staff are not responsible for the safety of exhibits and materials left unattended.  Exhibitor is responsible for their materials and the methods of display. Please do not affix anything to the walls / floor without consulting with hotel staff.  Exhibitor may incur an additional charge if any portion of their display causes damage to hotel property.

All exhibitor tables include electrical access and free high-speed wireless internet.

Shipping / Packages:

Please make sure if you are packages shipped to the hotel are labeled properly. We suggest that you ship them to arrive no more than three (3) business days prior to February 6.  Please have all packages clearly labeled with your name, the name of event/group, and date of event.  We encourage you to contact the hotel directly at (785) 532-9116 to coordinate shipments.

The following levels of participation are available:

Exhibitor – $375 fee.

  • One 6 foot table
  • Meals for 2 people
  • Table location is on first come, first serve basis
  • Exhibitor name will be listed on the conference app and website.
  • Company information and links will be provided on the conference app
  • NOTE:  A vendor may purchase two of these by paying a double fee of $750

Sponsor – $850 fee.

  • Fee = $850
  • Two, 6 foot tables
  • Meals for 4 people
  • Table location is on first come, first serve basis
  • Sponsor name AND LOGO will be displayed on the conference app and website
  • Sponsor logo will continuously loop at the bottom of the conference app
  • Sponsor information and links will be provided on the conference app
